ACT OF THE NATIONAL COUNCIL OF THE DEMOCRATIC PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF DAIKOKU
ON DECLARING THE INDEPENDENCE OF THE DEMOCRATIC PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF DAIKOKU The National Council of the Democratic People’s Republic of Daikoku recognizes: That the instability brought by anti-government movements in the Rajahnate of Namayan that begun on 16 November 2015 and disagreements within its government has brought concern to the welfare of the Democratic People’s Republic of Daikoku, That the integration of the Democratic People’s Republic of Daikoku into the Rajahnate of Namayan has not resulted to development and progress to the Daikoku nation and people, and That the Daikoku people have renewed their aspiration for an independent and sovereign Daikoku nation. With these present realities in mind, the National Council of the Democratic People’s Republic of Daikoku declares: That the Democratic People’s Republic of Daikoku has seceded from the Rajahnate of Namayan, That the provisions of the Treaty Between the Governments of the Republic of Daikoku and the Rajahnate of Namayan on the Admission of the Republic of Daikoku as an Autonomous Republic of the Rajahnate of Namayan signed between the Daikoku nation and the Rajahnate of Namayan on 1 February 2015, the laws of the Rajahnate of Namayan, the agreements between the Democratic People’s Republic of Daikoku and the Rajahnate of Namayan, and the obligations of the Democratic People’s Republic of Daikoku to the Rajahnate of Namayan shall no longer be effect on the territory of the Democratic People’s Republic of Daikoku, and That the Democratic People’s Republic of Daikoku shall become an independent and sovereign state.
