ORDER OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE SUPREME COUNCIL OF THE REPUBLIC OF DAIKOKU DURING THE STATE OF EMERGENCY No. 1 of 5 January 2015 ON AMENDING THE CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF DAIKOKU AND THE LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF DAIKOKU NO. 2 I, MIGS CALDEO, President of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Daikoku, decided on the following on 5 January 2015 for the purpose of amending the Constitution of the Republic of Daikoku and the Law of the Republic of Daikoku No. 2. ARTICLE 1 Chapter X, Article 94 of the Constitution shall be revoked. ARTICLE 2 Chapter XIV, Articles 57.1 and 57.2 of the Law of the Republic of Daikoku No. 2 shall be revoked. DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE SUPREME COUNCIL OF THE REPUBLIC OF DAIKOKU No. 14 of 5 January 2015 ON DECLARING A STATE OF EMERGENCY IN THE REPUBLIC OF DAIKOKU AND INTRODUCING EMERGENCY POWERS TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE SUPREME COUNCIL OF THE REPUBLIC OF DAIKOKU I, MIGS CALDEO, President of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Daikoku, decided on the following on 5 January 2015 for the purpose of declaring a state of emergency in the Republic of Daikoku and introducing emergency powers to the Supreme Council of the Republic of Daikoku in response to the current situation prevailing in the Republic of Daikoku. ARTICLE 1 The Republic of Daikoku shall be under a state of emergency. ARTICLE 2 The state of emergency in the Republic of Daikoku shall remain in effect until lifted by the President of the Republic of Daikoku through a decree. ARTICLE 3 The President of the Supreme Council shall exercise the powers stated in Chapters V of the Constitution during the duration of the state of emergency. ARTICLE 4 Chapter VI of the Constitution shall be suspended. ARTICLE 5 The President of the Supreme Council shall issue orders that would have the power of a law and may cover all aspects of national life. ARTICLE 6 The Supreme Council shall continue its tenure as a consultative body to the President of the Supreme Council and as a judicial body. President of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Daikoku DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE SUPREME COUNCIL OF THE REPUBLIC OF DAIKOKU No. 13 of 26 December 2014 ON THE MINISTERIAL DUTIES OF THE SUPREME COUNCIL OF THE REPUBLIC OF DAIKOKU I, MIGS CALDEO, President of the Republic of Daikoku, decided on the following on 26 December 2014 for the purpose of assigning ministerial duties to the members of the Supreme Council in accordance to the proposal of Danielle Lintag, Prime Minister of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Daikoku. ARTICLE 1 Dave Badiola shall be assigned as the Minister of Internal Affairs. ARTICLE 2 Jeremy Celespara shall be assigned as the Minister of Foreign Affairs. ARTICLE 3 Elijah Pelaez shall be assigned as the Minister of Judicial Affairs. ARTICLE 4 Vince Tambaoan shall be assigned as the Minister of National Defense. ARTICLE 5 This decree shall come into effect on the day of its publication. MIGS CALDEO President of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Daikoku DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF DAIKOKU No. 12 of 17 December 2014 ON THE NATIONAL ANTHEM, THE NATIONAL EMBLEM AND THE NATIONAL MOTTO OF THE REPUBLIC OF DAIKOKU ARTICLE 1 The national anthem of the Republic of Daikoku shall be "Our Daikoku" with the following lyrics: Daikoku, a nation where the radiant sun shines, Daikoku, a wonderful land blessed with beauty, You are a land of promise, a land of great wealth, You are truly one of a kind in this vast world, Oh, so dear to all our hearts is her beautiful name! Oh, our beloved Daikoku, our great homeland! Daikoku, a mighty nation that we have built, Daikoku, our great nation, pride of our people, We shall forever remain true to your own will, We shall emerge victorious in all struggles, Oh, so dear to all our hearts is her beautiful name! ARTICLE 2 The national emblem of the Republic of Daikoku shall consist of a shield containing the colors of the national flag with a mural crown, stalks of wheat and the inscription: “REPUBLIKA NG DAIKOKU”. ARTICLE 3 The national motto of the Republic of Daikoku shall be “Our own effort, our own strength, and our own way”. ARTICLE 4 This decree shall come into effect on the day of its publication. President of the Republic of Daikoku DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF DAIKOKU No. 11 of 17 December 2014 ON THE APPROVAL OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF DAIKOKU I, MIGS CALDEO, President of the Republic of Daikoku, decided on the following on 17 December 2014 for the purpose of approving the Constitution of the Republic of Daikoku and subjecting its approval through a referendum. ARTICLE 1 The Constitution of the Republic of Daikoku is approved by the Constitutional Commission of the Republic of Daikoku. ARTICLE 2 A referendum to approve the Constitution of the Republic of Daikoku shall be scheduled on 23 December 2014, 0800 until 20:00. ARTICLE 3 The question to be subjected to the referendum shall be: "Are you in favor for the approval of the Constitution of the Republic of Daikoku?" President of the Republic of Daikoku DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF DAIKOKU No. 10 of 9 December 2014 ON LIFTING THE STATE OF EMERGENCY IN THE REPUBLIC OF DAIKOKU I, MIGS CALDEO, President of the Republic of Daikoku, decided on the following on 9 December 2014 for the purpose of lifting the state of emergency in the Republic of Daikoku. ARTICLE 1 The state of emergency in the Republic of Daikoku shall be lifted. ARTICLE 2 This decree shall go into effect on 9 December 2014, 12:00. ARTICLE 1 The Republic of Daikoku shall be under a state of emergency. ARTICLE 2 The state of emergency in the Republic of Daikoku shall remain in effect until lifted by the President of the Republic of Daikoku through a decree. ARTICLE 3 The Republic of Daikoku shall make necessary preparations for Typhoon Hagupit. ARTICLE 4 This decree shall come into effect on the day of its publication. MIGS CALDEO President of the Republic of Daikoku DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF DAIKOKU No. 8 of 29 November 2014 ON AMENDING THE DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF DAIKOKU NO. 5 I, MIGS CALDEO, President of the Republic of Daikoku, decided on the following on 29 November 2014 for the purpose of amending the provisions of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Daikoku No. 5. ARTICLE 1 Article 6 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Daikoku No. 5 shall be amended as follows: "The draft Constitution of the Republic of Daikoku shall be submitted to a referendum on 23 December 2014." President of the Republic of Daikoku DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF DAIKOKU No. 7 of 28 November 2014 ON THE APPROVAL OF THE TREATY OF FRIENDSHIP, COOPERATION AND RECOGNITION BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENTS OF THE REPUBLIC OF DAIKOKU AND THE RAJAHNATE OF NAMAYAN I, MIGS CALDEO, President of the Republic of Daikoku, decided on the following on 28 November 2014 in the city of Nakatani in the Republic of Daikoku for the purpose of approving the Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Recognition Between the Governments of the Republic of Daikoku and the Rajahnate of Namayan. ARTICLE 1 The Republic of Daikoku signs as a party to the Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Recognition Between the Governments of the Republic of Daikoku and the Rajahnate of Namayan (hereafter - Treaty) with the Rajahnate of Namayan. ARTICLE 2 The provisions of the Treaty shall be enforced by the Republic of Daikoku on the day this decree comes into force. ARTICLE 3 This decree shall come into effect on the day of its publication. MIGS CALDEO President of the Republic of Daikoku DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF DAIKOKU No. 6 of 20 November 2014 ON THE DEFENSE FORCE OF THE REPUBLIC OF DAIKOKU I, MIGS CALDEO, President of the Republic of Daikoku, decided on the following on 20 November 2014 for the purpose of organizing the Defense Force of the Republic of Daikoku. ARTICLE 1 The Defense Force of the Republic of Daikoku shall form as one unit with the task of protecting the territory of the Republic of Daikoku and to enforce the laws of the Republic of Daikoku within its territories. ARTICLE 2 The Defense Force of the Republic of Daikoku shall be headed by the Supreme Command of the Defense Force of the Republic of Daikoku, comprising of the President of the Republic of Daikoku as the Supreme Commander of the Defense Force of the Republic of Daikoku and all personnel with the rank of Commander. ARTICLE 3 The ranks of the Defense Force shall be the following, from highest to lowest: (1) Supreme Commander, (2) Commander, (3) Officer, and (4) Personnel. ARTICLE 4 I, Migs Caldeo, shall be promoted to the rank of Supreme Commander of the Defense Force of the Republic of Daikoku. ARTICLE 5 Jeremy Celespara, Danielle Lintag, Elijah Pelaez and Vince Tambaoan aashall be promoted to the rank of Commander of the Defense Force of the Republic of Daikoku. ARTICLE 6 The Supreme Command shall issue an order on the promotion of citizens to the ranks of Officer and Personnel. ARTICLE 7 The active personnel of the Defense Force of the Republic of Daikoku shall compose of all personnel with the rank of Officer and above. ARTICLE 8 All personnel with the rank of Personnel shall comprise of the reserve force of the Defense Force. ARTICLE 9 All assets of the Federal Defense Force of the Daikoku Federation shall be transferred to the Defense Force. ARTICLE 10 This decree shall come into effect on the day of its publication.
