GREATER TREISIA, Treisia (DFNS) - The Presidency of the Daikoku Federation issued a decree on Thursday which schedules a constitutional referendum in the Principality of Treisia to be held on Friday, January 17, 2013, the same date as the presidential elections in the Democratic People's Republic of Urbonia.
The constitutional referendum comes at a time when the Principality of Treisia, especially HRH Grand Prince Karlos Luis Mozo Anioay, had proposed that Treisia be elevated to the status of a kingdom. The scheduled constitutional referendum would ask the Treisian populace if they would agree on the elevation of Treisia to a kingdom, if they would want Treisia to remain a principality, or if they want another form of government. The constitutional referendum would also ask if the House of Mozo Anioay should remain the royal family of Treisia should it become a kingdom.
