Central District, SEIDAIKEI (DFNS) - The Presidency of the Daikoku Federation issued a decree on Thursday evening which scheduled elections to the 2nd Federal Assembly on Saturday, October 26.
The elections to the 2nd Federal Assembly were called in accordance to the provisions of the Constitution of the Daikoku Federation after the 1st Federal Assembly voted for no confidence on the government of Premier Patrick Xavier Silerio which led to the dissolution of the Federal Assembly. The Daikoku People's Front has announced that it would be participating in the elections, but they are no longer including Patrick Xavier Silerio as one of its candidates. The deputies elected to the 2nd Federal Assembly would assemble on Friday, November 1, which would coincide with the dissolution of Premier Silerio's government.
