Federal Executive Commission issues decrees on the federal capital and on the Constitution Comission4/27/2013 SEIDAIKEI- The Federal Executive Commission issued two decrees on the renaming of the federal capital of the Daikokusian Federation and the creation of a Constitutional Commission. The text of the decrees are available below. DECREE ON THE RENAMING OF THE FEDERAL DISTRICT TO SEIDAIKEI The Federal District, the headquarters of the Federal Executive Commission, shall be renamed as Seidaikei. Signed on April 25, 2013
DECREE ON THE FORMATION OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COMMISSION OF THE DAIKOKUSIAN FEDERATION ARTICLE 1. The Federal Executive Commission establishes the Constitutional Commission to draft and ratify a constitution for the Daikokusian Federation. ARTICLE 2.
