KITAKYO (DFNS) - Typhoon Ramassun ravaged the Daikoku Federation as it passed near the nation on Wednesday morning.
The eye of Typhoon Ramassun passed 25 kilometers south of the Daikoku Federation at 7 am Wednesday local time with winds reaching up to 185 kph. The typhoon had previously made landfall at the Bicol region in the Republic of the Philippines on Tuesday evening and had moved through the southern Luzon region towards the Daikoku Federation. Typhoon Ramassun hit the Daikoku Federation with heavy rain and strong winds for 3 hours, before moving towards the East Philippine Sea by noon. The typhoon left considerable damages in the Daikoku Federation. Power was lost in most areas in the Daikoku Federation. While power was restored to some areas by afternoon, areas such as Euthenburg and Halyden in Treisia, and Nakatani District in Urbonia are still without power as of writing. In the capital city Kitakyo, large numbers of trees have reportedly fell. Communications were also lost, with the Daikoku Federation still attempting to make contact with the Kingdom of Treisia as of writing. Meanwhile, in the Republic of the Philippines, ten people have reportedly died in the typhoon and there were also damages to property. It had also forced all classes and work to be suspended in the Philippine capital Manila.

The Constitutional Commission commenced its work by electing Migs Caldeo as the head of the commission. The Constitutional Commission also voted to draft a new Constitution to replace the current Constitution of the Daikoku Federation which was adopted on April 11, 2014. The Presidency of the Daikoku Federation presented its agenda of appointing TJ Feliciano as Premier, as well as appointing his government. Dave Badiola and Jeremy Gabriel Celespara were appointed in Feliciano's government as Minister of Culture and Minister of Defense respectively. KITAKYO (DFNS) - The Federal Election Committee released a report on the results of the election to the 3rd Federal Assembly and the 30 June referendums.
According to the report, the Daikoku Social People's Party was elected to the Federal Assembly with 95.45% of the votes. Voters also voted in favor of the maintenance of the territories of the Daikoku Federation with 95.45% of the votes, while the revision of the territories of the Daikoku Federation garnering 4.55%. No one voted for changing the status of the Daikoku Federation into an autonomous state of the State of Ariana and the State of Kaleido. Voters also unanimously voted in favor of the First Amendment to the Constitution of the Daikoku Federation (2014) and for a constitutional review. The Federal Election Committee reported a 75.86% voter turnout. KITAKYO (DFNS) - Advance voting for the election to the 3rd Federal Assembly and the 30 June referendums begins tomorrow.
According to the Federal Election Committee, the Daikoku Federation is ready to hold advance voting with relevant preparations done by the Federal Government of the Daikoku Federation. KITAKYO (DFNS) - The Federal Election Committee released the list of candidates for the election to the 3rd Federal Assembly as candidacy registration ended Sunday.
According to the Federal Election Committee, only the Daikoku Social People's Party would be contesting in the election with Dave Badiola and Vince Tambaoan running in Urbonia constituency and Carlos Anton Aguilar, Jeremy Gabriel Celespara, TJ Feliciano and Marius Reyes running in Treisia constituency. Since the Daikoku Social People's Party is the only political party contesting in the election, the Constitution mandates that the list nominated by the political party would be elected through a majority vote. |
