HALYDEN, Treisia - The Principality of Treisia celebrated its ascension to the status of "kingdom" on Tuesday, following the enforcement of the country's new constitution.
According to the new constitution, the country is now officially named as the Kingdom of Treisia. The day of the ascension of the country to a kingdom coincides with the one year anniversary of the founding of the Principality of Treisia. On the same day, HRH Grand Prince Karlos Luis Mozo Anioay was crowned as the King of Treisia, taking the regnal name Karlos I. He also received his new title, which the new constitution lists as: "His Royal Majesty, King of the Kingdom of Treisia, Co-President of the Daikoku Federation, Prince of Lusturias, Prince of Misaka, Defender of the Treisian Nation and People, Marshal of the Federal Defense Forces of the Daikoku Federation." President Migs Caldeo of the Democratic People's Republic of Urbonia sent a message of congratulations to King Karlos I, saying that "the Urbonian people congratulates the Treisian nation on the occasion of its ascension to a kingdom." "We wish the best for the Kingdom of Treisia, and for its monarch, King Karlos I", President Caldeo added.
