The Republic of Daikoku and the Rajahnate of Namayan have decided to conclude this present Treaty in accordance to the principles of mutual respect of state sovereignty, mutual respect for internal affairs, mutual non-aggression and mutual assistance, development and support.
The President of the Republic of Daikoku and the Prime Minister of the Rajahnate of Namayan have agreed to the following provisions: ARTICLE 1 The Republic of Daikoku and the Rajahnate of Namayan shall exercise mutual assistance, development and support between each other. ARTICLE 2 The Republic of Daikoku and the Rajahnate of Namayan shall neither resort to violence, hostilities, threat of violence nor take measures which shall put pressure on the other state. ARTICLE 3 The Republic of Daikoku and the Rajahnate of Namayan shall solve any differences and issues that may arise between the two states through peaceful means. ARTICLE 4 The Republic of Daikoku and the Rajahnate of Namayan shall not interfere with the internal affairs of each other. ARTICLE 5 The Republic of Daikoku and the Rajahnate of Namayan shall respect each other’s choice for political, economic, social and cultural development. ARTICLE 6 The Republic of Daikoku and the Rajahnate of Namayan shall not enter into an alliance or take action that would compromise the sovereignty, security and territorial integrity of the other state. ARTICLE 7 The Republic of Daikoku and the Rajahnate of Namayan shall not allow another state or organizations to use its own territory to compromise the sovereignty, security and territorial integrity of the other state. ARTICLE 8 The Republic of Daikoku and the Rajahnate of Namayan shall engage in regular meetings in order to keep each other informed on the current situation of the other state, to exchange views on the diplomatic relations between the two states and to discuss issues of interest to both states. ARTICLE 9 The Republic of Daikoku and the Rajahnate of Namayan shall engage in cooperation in state building and other areas of common interest. TREATY OF MUTUAL RECOGNITION AND ESTABLISHMENT OF BILATERAL DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS BETWEEN THE GRAND PRINCIPALITY OF PAVLOV AND THE REPUBLIC OF DAIKOKU The Governments of the Grand Principality of Pavlov and the Republic of Daikoku, hereinafter referred to as “The Parties”, acting on behalf of their Nations through peaceful dialogue and diplomacy; hereby declare the each other’s recognition as governmental entities, and as a basement for such decision, deliberate: to conclude the Treaty of Mutual Recognition and Establishment of Diplomatic Relations consisting of the following points, as a proof of a good will existing between the Grand Principality of Pavlov and the Republic of Daikoku.
SECTION 1 – DIPLOMACY Article 1 Communications between the diplomats of both countries shall be taking place primarily through diplomatic missions; conflicts, occurring in the middle of such communications, shall be dealt with through non-public dialogue. SECTION 2 – RECOGNITION Article 2 The Parties recognize each other’s countries as sovereign and independent micronations/micronational entities; the legitimacy of documents, issued by those; the Parties recognize Honorary citizenship, noble titles, passable in both countries. Article 3 The Republic of Daikoku shall shall recognize the imperial title of the Pavlovian Monarch and with it all rights to such title. Furthermore it does recognize that recognize that the Grand Principality is the successor in dignity to the Roman Empire(s) and that it is substantiated as being the “Fourth Rome”. SECTION 3 – COOPERATION Article 4 This Treaty envisages the existence of mutually beneficial contacts and collaborations, development of bilateral dialogue in cultural, social and humanitarian fields. Agreements, stating the conditions of such contacts and collaborations, can be signed independently or as an addition to this Treaty. SECTION 3 – TERMS OF THE TREATY Article 5 In case of violation of this Treaty by either side, the signatories are to discuss the situation through diplomatic dialogue; failing this, the treaty shall be considered as void. Article 6 This Treaty is signed for one year with the possibility of extension, initiated by the parties; can be a subject of amendment, by the agreement of both Parties; can be terminated by either Party with prior notification, not later than 2 (two) weeks before the planned date of termination.
