ON THE EMBLEM OF THE DAIKOKUSIAN FEDERATION ARTICLE 1. The Federal Executive Commission adopts an emblem for the Daikokusian Federation, which consists of an eagle with a shield containing the colors of the flag of the federation, with a mural crown on its head, and with a hammer and sickle on its feet, surrounded by a ring of rye bonded by ribbons containing the colors of the flag of the federation. ARTICLE 2. The symbolism of the elements of the emblem is as follows:

ON THE FORMATION OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COMMISSION OF THE DAIKOKUSIAN FEDERATION ARTICLE 1. The Federal Executive Commission establishes the Constitutional Commission to draft and ratify a constitution for the Daikokusian Federation.
ARTICLE 2.
