Migs Caldeo, President of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Daikoku, issued a declaration on Wednesday night announcing the dissolution of the Republic of Daikoku.
According to the declaration, President Caldeo has dissolved the Republic of Daikoku since "[w]e can no longer maintain the current system of government enforced in [o]ur [s]tate." President Caldeo decided to replace the Republic with an absolute monarchy under its official name - the Principality of Daikoku with himself as the Prince. The declaration also stated that the autonomous status of Daikoku within the Rajahnate of Namayan shall continue, that the territories of the principality shall consist of Nakatani, Kitakyo, Kawashiro and Seidaikei which are organized into three communes, and that the new government would be based in the commune of Nakatani. The declaration, which was issued as a royal rescript of the Prince of Daikoku, was first sent to the Namayan government and was dated for its enforcement on 7 May. The Namayan government has yet to issue an official response to the declaration but has recognized the document.
