DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF DAIKOKU No. 5 of 10 November 2014 ON THE CONSTITUTIONAL COMMISSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF DAIKOKU I, MIGS CALDEO, President of the Republic of Daikoku, decided on the following on 10 November 2014 in the city of Nakatani in the Republic of Daikoku for the purpose of convening the Constitutional Commission of the Republic of Daikoku, in accordance to Article 12 of the Interim Constitution of the Republic of Daikoku. This decree was amended on 29 November 2014 by Decree of the President of the Republic of Daikoku No. 8. ARTICLE 1 The Constitutional Commission of the Republic of Daikoku shall be convened on 17 November 2014. ARTICLE 2 The Constitutional Commission shall consist of the President of the Republic of Daikoku, the Parliament of the Republic of Daikoku and the Supreme Court of the Republic of Daikoku. ARTICLE 3 The Constitutional Commission shall be tasked with drafting the Constitution of the Republic of Daikoku. ARTICLE 4 The Constitutional Commission shall be headed by the President. ARTICLE 5 The work of the Constitutional Commission shall conclude on 17 December 2014. ARTICLE 6 The draft Constitution of the Republic of Daikoku shall be submitted to a referendum on 23 December 2014. (Amended by Decree of the President of the Republic of Daikoku No. 8) [1] ARTICLE 7 (1) The work of the Constitutional Commission may be suspended in accordance to Article 12.4 of the Interim Constitution. (2) The President of the Constitutional Commission shall issue a relevant decree once the work of the Constitutional Commission is suspended in accordance to Article 12.4 of the Interim Constitution.
