21 July 2015 (NAKATANI, Daikoku) - This is the full text of the National Council Act No. 3. NATIONAL COUNCIL OF THE DEMOCRATIC PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF DAIKOKU ACT NO. 3 On the National Symbols of the Democratic People’s Republic of Daikoku This act was approved by the Supreme Council of the Democratic People’s Republic of Daikoku in the city of Nakatani in the Democratic People’s Republic of Daikoku on 21 July 2015.
This act shall go into effect on 22 July 2015. ARTICLE 1 This Act of the National Council of the Democratic People’s Republic of Daikoku shall determine the national symbols of the Democratic People’s Republic of Daikoku. ARTICLE 2 The national flag shall be a horizontal bicolor consisting of the colors yellow (#FFD600) and green (#436F4D), with the ratio of its width and length set at 2:3. ARTICLE 3 The national emblem shall be a shield consisting of the colors of the national flag with a mural crown. ARTICLE 4 (1) The national anthem shall be Our Daikoku. (2) Our Daikoku shall have the following lyrics: Daikoku, a nation where the radiant sun shines, Daikoku, a wonderful land blessed with beauty, You are a land of promise, a land of great wealth, You are truly one of a kind in this vast world, Oh, so dear to all our hearts is her beautiful name! Oh, our beloved Daikoku, our great homeland! Daikoku, a mighty nation that we have built, Daikoku, our great nation, pride of our people, We shall forever remain true to your own will, We shall emerge victorious in all struggles, Oh, so dear to all our hearts is her beautiful name! Oh, our beloved Daikoku, our great homeland! Daikoku, you shall forever remain our land, Daikoku, you shall forever preserve your ways, Your flag shall forever fly in the clear, vast skies, Your name shall forever shine all over the world, Oh, so dear to all our hearts is her beautiful name! Oh, our beloved Daikoku, our great homeland! (3) Our Daikoku shall be played in accordance to the composition of Kim Won Gyun.
