ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF DISTRICTS AS SUBDIVISIONS OF CONSTITUENT STATES IN THE DAIKOKU FEDERATION ARTICLE 1. The constituent states of the Daikoku Federation shall be divided into areas called as "districts".
ARTICLE 2. The districts shall be created for statistical purposes and it shall not be confused for as a local government unit. ARTICLE 3. The granting of the status of "district" to an area shall be determined through law. ARTICLE 4. The districts of the Democratic People's Republic of Urbonia are the following: Nakatani, the seat of government; Kitasaki; and Urojuku. ARTICLE 5. The districts of the Principality of Treisia are the following: Greater Treisia, the seat of government; and Lower Treisia. ARTICLE 6. The districts of the federal state of Seidaikei are the following: Central District, Lusturias and Shiro-shi.
