ON THE POSTPONEMENT OF ELECTION TO THE Ist FEDERAL ASSEMBLY ARTICLE 1. The election to the Ist Federal Assembly is postponed to June 21, 2013.
ARTICLE 2. The decree "On the Election to the Ist Federal Assembly" would continue to be valid. ARTICLE 3. The revised text of Article 4 of the Decree "On the Election to the Ist Federal Assembly" is as follows: The election period begins on May 27, 2013 and ends on June 27, 2013. The campaign period begins June 10, 2013 and ends June 20, 2013. An equal and competitive campaigning is strictly required. ARTICLE 4. The revised text of Article 6 of the Decree "On the Election to the Ist Federal Assembly" is as follows: The deputies elected to the 1st Federal Assembly shall serve from June 27, 2013 until June 27, 2014. ARTICLE 5. The revised text of Article 8 of the Decree "On the Election to the Ist Federal Assembly" is as follows: Any registered political party or coalition or political parties may select its official candidates at any time before June 20, 2013. ARTICLE 6. The revised text of Article 9 of the Decree "On the Election to the Ist Federal Assembly" is as follows: The nomination of the official candidates of a registered political party or coalition of political parties shall be personally filed by the party officers concerned or their duly authorized representatives with the Presidency not later than June 20, 2013. ARTICLE 7. The revised text of Article 11 of the Decree "On the Election to the Ist Federal Assembly" is as follows: Candidates to the election to the 1st Federal Assembly must meet the requirements of Chapter V, Article 83 of the Constitution of the Daikoku Federation and must file his certificate of candidacy before June 20, 2013. ARTICLE 8. The revised text of Article 23 of the Decree "On the Election to the Ist Federal Assembly" is as follows: The casting of votes shall be done on June 21, 2013 from 6:00 until 20:00.
