ON CHANGES TO DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS WITH THE DAIKOKU FEDERATION AND REGULATIONS ARTICLE 1. Decree 36-2013 is declared invalid.
ARTICLE 2. Provisions on establishing diplomatic relations are as follows: (1) The state that wishes to establish diplomatic relations with the Daikoku Federation must contact the Presidency of the Daikoku Federation. (2) The Daikoku Federation shall conduct a thorough check on the state that wishes to establish diplomatic relations. (3) If the Daikoku Federation approves the request of the state to establish diplomatic relations, then both states are to sign a treaty. ARTICLE 3. Special diplomatic status may be established between the Daikoku Federation and the state concerned. ARTICLE 4. These provisions are to be implemented starting October 2, 2013.
