ON THE ELECTION TO THE VACANT SEATS OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS IN THE PRINCIPALITY OF TREISIA ARTICLE 1. Election to the vacant seats of the Council of Ministers of the Principality of Treisia is to be held on Friday, January 17, 2014.
ARTICLE 2. The elected deputies to the Council of Ministers shall have a term starting on January 21, 2014 and ending on November 1, 2014. ARTICLE 3. Candidates to the Council of Ministers must comply with Article 43 of Federal Law 06-2013/Treisia Law 01-2013 - "On the Constitution of the Principality of Treisia", as amended by Federal Law 09-2013/Treisia Law 02-2013. ARTICLE 4. Candidates are allowed to run under political parties considering that the said political party is registered to the Presidency of the Daikoku Federation. Registration for political parties starts on December 30, 2013 and ends on January 3, 2014, 12:00. ARTICLE 5. Those who are eligible to vote in the constitutional referendum in the Principality of Treisia on January 17, 2014 are eligible to vote in the election. ARTICLE 6. Campaigning for the election is to be held from January 5, 2014 until January 16, 2014. ARTICLE 7. Election period is from December 30, 2013 until January 21, 2014. ARTICLE 8. The Presidency of the Daikoku Federation is tasked with handling the election. ARTICLE 9. Voting is to be held on January 17, 2014, from 07:00 to 17:00. ARTICLE 10. Results of the elections are to be announced on January 17, 2014, 18:00.
