Migs Caldeo, President of the Republic of Daikoku, issued a statement on Sunday on the topic of seeking unification between the Republic of Daikoku and the Rajahnate of Namayan.
"Last 3 November, the Republic of Daikoku announced through its interim constitution that it seeks for unification with the Rajahnate of Namayan in a federation on the basis of mutual cooperation and development. "I personally believe that unification is the only way forward for Daikoku, for Namayan and for Philippine micronationalism. It allows for Daikoku and Namayan to pursue a brighter future through mutual cooperation and development, and regular exchanges between the two nations. It is also the only way to guarantee cooperation, development and peace for Philippine micronationalism. "This would mean that growth and development in the Philippine region would be felt equally by these two nations and it would bring an end for competing to become the leading nation in the region. This would also end unnecessary conflicts in the region through a system of checks and balances between the two nations, and it guarantees that the interests of the two nations are met in a peaceful and legal manner. "I am confident that the governments of the Republic of Daikoku and the Rajahnate of Namayan would reach an agreement on unifying into a federation and that these two nations would succeed in changing the face of Philippine micronationalism, despite the difficult challenges that lie ahead."
