Greater Treisia, TREISIA (DFNS) - The Second Session of the First Federal Assembly approved Law 03-2013 which instituted a constitution for the Principality of Treisia The Presidency of the Daikoku Federation provided the Daikoku Federation News Service with the contents of the said constitution, with the full text being available in the Government section of the official website of the Daikoku Federation. The constitution of the constituent state starts with Chapter I entitled the "Principality of Treisia" which consists of two articles stating the reasons for the creation of the constitution, the name of the constituent state, and its goals and principles. Chapter II is entitled "Territory and Citizenship" and it consists of five articles stating the definition of the territory and citizenship of Treisia, acquisition and termination of citizenship and rights and duties of citizens. Chapter III is entitled "Grand Prince of the Principality of Treisia" and it consists of five articles stating the powers of the Grand Prince and provisions on succession to the Treisian throne. Chapter IV is entitled "Council of Ministers of the Principality of Treisia" and it consists of seven articles stating the Council of Ministers is the legislature of Treisia, election to the Council of Ministers, dissolution of the Council of Ministers and law making. Chapter V is entitled "Judiciary of the Principality of Treisia" and it consists of one article stating the Federal Court of the Daikoku Federation being the judicial body of the constituent state. Chapter VI is entitled "State Symbols and Seat of Government" and it consists of two articles stating the state symbols of the constituent state and Greater Treisia being the seat of government of the constituent state. Chapter VII is entitled "Final Provisions" and it consists of four articles stating provisions to the constitution such as revision and abrogation of the constitution.

Greater Treisia, TREISIA (DFNS) - Marikina was annexed into the Daikoku Federation and renamed as Misaka District on Friday evening, following the unanimous approval of the Federal Assembly during its session held on the same day.
Misaka is a district of the Principality of Treisia located on the northernmost part of the constituent state. Its area is 21.52 square kilometers and its population is 424,150 (2010) with one registered citizen. The people of the Principality of Treisia met the news of the annexation of Misaka with great joy since they had been longing for its inclusion into the territory of the Daikoku Federation. With the inclusion of Misaka district into the Daikoku Federation, the Principality of Treisia is currently the largest constituent state by territory with a total area of 55.58 square kilometers. The total area of the Daikoku Federation is now 105.08 square kilometers. Central District, SEIDAIKEI (DFNS) - Scientists and technicians of the Daikoku Federation has successfully inserted an artificial satellite, DFS-1 Taiga, into orbit on Tuesday afternoon, according to a report from the Daikoku Federation News Agency. Unmei-1 carrier rocket with payload DFS-1 Taiga was launched on August 20, 2013, 13:29 hours from the Ryokou Space Center by scientists and technicians of the 2nd South Urbonian Guards Regiment of the Federal Defense Force. Unmei-1 carrier rocket, a two-stage and 40,100 kg. rocket and a modification of the Lakas-1 carrier rocket, was launched towards an inclination of 90 degrees in order to insert its payload into its preset orbit. The two strap-on, liquid-fuel boosters separated from the rocket two minutes and five seconds after launch and crashed into the sea 50 km. south of the Ryokou Space Center. The first stage and the payload fairing of the rocket separated at four minutes and ten seconds after launch and crashed into the sea 150 km. south of the Ryokou Space Center, with the second stage inserting the payload into its preset orbit 21 minutes and 37 seconds later after a coast to apogee and burn. The carrier rocket successfully inserted DFS-1 Taiga artificial satellite into orbit at 13:44:47 hours, 25 minutes and 47 seconds after launch. The satellite was deployed one minute after reaching orbit. The DFS-1 Taiga is now orbiting the Earth at a polar orbit with an apogee of 500.6 km. and perigee of 500 km., an orbital period of 64 minutes and 19 seconds, and inclination of 90 degrees. The satellite is fitted with instruments which makes communications and research possible. It is currently transmitting the anthem of the federation "Song of Great Daikoku", readings on the current status of the satellite, and images of the Earth.
The news of the success of the launch of the artificial satellite DFS-1 Taiga has been met with great enthusiasm, with the federal government commenting that "it is a great victory for the Daikoku Federation."
