SHIRO-SHI, Seidaikei (DFNS) - The Daikoku Federation had cut all contacts with the State of Ariana and the State of Kaleido on Friday.
The Presidency of the Daikoku Federation issued a statement on the move saying: "The Daikoku Federation had decided to cut all contacts with the State of Ariana and the State of Kaleido. We have made this move since our Federation can no longer deal with the concerned parties for they continue to drag our Federation to their mess which damages the dignity and reputation of our Federation. Also, the move is necessary in maintaining the rightful interests of the Daikoku Federation and its people. It has been noted that the cutting of all contacts with the State of Ariana and Kaleido came after the Grand Duchy of Flandrensis voted to cut relations with the mentioned states, including the Daikoku Federation. The Presidency of the Daikoku Federation also said that it would no longer attempt any contact with Ariana and Kaleido in the future. A relevant order was sent to all government institutions and the Federal Defense Force refraining them from making contact with the Ariana and Kaleido governments.

SHIRO-SHI, Seidaikei - The Grand Duchy of Flandrensis voted to cut diplomatic relations with the Daikoku Federation, the State of Ariana and the State of Kaleido during a session of their Senate on Wednesday.
The vote comes after Lyam Desmet, a Flandrensisian senator, proposed to cut relations with the concerned parties due to alleged violations of the Mutual Treaty of Friendship and Recognition with the Grand Duchy of Flandrensis. The Presidency of the Daikoku Federation said in a statement that the vote "was very regrettable and disappointing since the Daikoku Federation has been upholding the provisions agreed with the Grand Duchy of Flandrensis." The Presidency of the Daikoku Federation had also sent letters to Grand Duke Niels of Flandrensis and to Senator Lyam Desmet explaining the current stand of the Daikoku Federation and denying the allegations made on the violation of the treaty. On Friday, the Presidency of the Daikoku Federation received word that the Flandrensisian Senate is now considering to change its decision on cutting relations with the Daikoku Federation. Presidency of the Daikoku Federation, Federal Government agrees to amend 2014 Constitution5/29/2014 TAKEBE, Seidaikei (DFNS) - The Presidency of the Daikoku Federation and the Federal Government of the Daikoku Federation have agreed to amend the Constitution of the Daikoku Federation (2014).
The amendment to the Constitution of the Daikoku Federation (2014) shall bring the Federal Assembly of the Daikoku Federation back to being a unicameral parliament, abolish the Federal Council and the States Council, and amend the powers of the Federal Assembly of the Daikoku Federation based on the Constitution of the Daikoku Federation (2013). According to the Presidency of the Daikoku Federation, the amendment was approved by overriding Chapter IX of the Constitution of the Daikoku Federation (2014) where an amendment requires the approval of the Federal Assembly of the Daikoku Federation and the approval of the Daikoku citizens through a referendum. The Presidency of the Daikoku Federation also added that since it is impossible for Chapter IX of the Constitution of the Daikoku Federation (2014) to be applied in the current situation of the Daikoku Federation, it had decided to consult the Federal Government of the Daikoku Federation and the Federal Court of the Daikoku Federation for the approval of the amendment. The Presidency of the Daikoku Federation said that the amendment regarding the Federal Assembly of the Daikoku Federation is necessary since a bicameral parliament might bring instability and inefficiency in state administration in the Daikoku Federation. The Federal Government of the Daikoku Federation and the Federal Court of the Daikoku Federation had unanimously agreed at the proposal of the Presidency of the Daikoku Federation. The Presidency of the Daikoku Federation had signed the amendment into law. The elections to the Third Federal Assembly of the Daikoku Federation are to be revised based on the new amendment. TAKEBE, Seidaikei (DFNS) - The Federal Government of the Daikoku Federation released a report Thursday on an investigation regarding the city of Darvinopolis in the State of Ariana and had concluded that it had violated a treaty signed with the Daikoku Federation on April 6, days before the Occupy Daikoku incident.
"The claiming of a sphere of influence by the State of Ariana in the areas of the Margraviate of Misaka and Amae in the Daikoku Federation is a direct violation of the Treaty on the Resolution of the Territorial Dispute Between the Daikoku Federation and the State of Ariana," the report concluded. The Federal Government of the Daikoku Federation pointed out in its report that the actions by the State of Ariana violated Article 1 of the treaty which said: "The Daikoku Federation retains the following areas as its territory: (a) all territories of the district of Misaka west of the Marikina River, (b) and, the district of Greater Treisia." The actions also violated Article 3 of the treaty, which said: "The Daikoku Federation cedes all territories of the district of Misaka east of the Marikina River to the State of Ariana." The Presidency of the Daikoku Federation also issued another decree on Friday which included the Principality of Amaranth and the State of Kapuluansadya in the list of terrorist organizations along with the State of Ariana, the State of Kaleido and the Association of Philippine Micronations. The Principality of Amaranth and the State of Kapuluansadya are two "micronations" that the official Ariana state newspaper, Ariana Padayon, claimed to be members of the Association of Philippine Micronations. The Daikoku Federation questions the existence of these two "micronations" as no information about the Amaranth or Kapuluansadya governments are available. NAKATANI CITY, Urbonia (DFNS) - The 2nd year anniversary of the founding of the People's State of San Andreas was commemorated in the Democratic People's Republic of Urbonia on Wednesday.
The People's State of San Andreas was a micronation established by Co-President Migs Caldeo on May 7, 2012. Initially a virtual micronation, it gradually became a territorial micronation with a presidential-system of government. It later became the Democratic People's Republic of Urbonia on February 21, 2013, following the country's decision to become a parliamentary republic and an attempted coup d'etat against Co-President Migs Caldeo. The Daikoku Federation traces its origins to the People's State of San Andreas as the Democratic People's Republic of Urbonia, the successor state of San Andreas, became one of its constituent states. The current form of government in the Daikoku Federation is also heavily inspired on the government system during the time of the San Andrean era. Commemorations in the Democratic People's Republic of Urbonia were held with the playing of the nation's anthem "Long Live Urbonia". Co-President Migs Caldeo also issued a statement. In his statement, Co-President Caldeo said: "I congratulate the entire Democratic People's Republic of Urbonia on the commemoration of the 2nd year anniversary of the founding of the People's State of San Andreas, the origins of both the Democratic People's Republic of Urbonia and the Daikoku Federation. "The foundation of the People's State of San Andreas had opened the way to the creation of our Daikoku Federation due to the countless experiences and victories gained by the San Andrean nation. "As the Daikoku Federation continues to achieve final victory in the creation of a prosperous and victorious nation and as the Democratic People's Republic of Urbonia ceaselessly continues to contribute to the development of our Federation along with the Kingdom of Treisia, we remember and apply in our lives the ideals set forth by the creation of the San Andrean state which, until today, continues to guide not only Urbonia but also the entire Daikoku Federation." |
