Central District, SEIDAIKEI (DFNS) - The Presidency of the Daikoku Federation has released the results of the referendum held in the Federation on Monday, September 30. The referendum has resulted in the approval of continuing negotiations with the State of Ariana and the end of diplomatic relations with the Republic of Kaleido, with both garnering 73.33 percent of the votes. Voter turnout for the referendum was 83.33 percent which validates the results of the referendum. The Presidency of the Daikoku Federation has also reported that the referendums were held without any incidents recorded.

Central District, SEIDAIKEI (DFNS) - The referendum on the question of whether the Daikoku Federation should continue negotiations and diplomatic relations with the State of Ariana and the Republic of Kaleido is to be held tomorrow, September 30, 2013, according to a decree issued by the Presidency of the Daikoku Federation yesterday.
Voting for the referendum would last from 07:00 to 17:00 hours, and voters have the choice of voting through online or on-site ballots. The questions for the referendum are as follows: (1) Are you in favor for the continuation of negotiations with the State of Ariana and the Republic of Kaleido on the territorial dispute? YES or NO (2) Are you in favor for the end of diplomatic relations with the State of Ariana and the Republic of Kaleido? YES or NO Greater Treisia, TREISIA (DFNS) - The Presidency of the Daikoku Federation has issued a statement Saturday night which stated that they are "furious on the current progress of the negotiations on the territorial dispute". The statement of the Presidency of the Daikoku Federation comes after one week of negotiations between the Daikoku Federation, State of Ariana and the Republic of Kaleido. According to the Daikoku Federation News Agency, the negotiations had not progressed since Tuesday as the State of Ariana and the Republic of Kaleido had failed to cooperate in finding a solution to the territorial dispute, and had even placed the blame on the Daikoku Federation as the reason of the territorial dispute and questioned the capabilities of the representatives of the Daikoku Federation to participate in the negotiations. The statement of the Presidency is as follows: The Presidency of the Daikoku Federation is furious over the current progress of the negotiations in order to solve the territorial dispute between the Daikoku Federation, the State of Ariana and the Republic of Kaleido. As in the statement, the Presidency of the Daikoku Federation has issued a decree which states that a referendum would take place on Monday on the question of continuing negotiations.
Central District, SEIDAIKEI (DFNS) - Scientists and technicians of the Daikoku Federation has successfully inserted artificial satellite DFS-2 Kuroneko into a geosynchronous orbit on Monday morning, according to a report from the Daikoku Federation News Service. Unmei-1 carrier rocket with payload DFS-2 Kuroneko was launched on September 23, 2013, 10:43 hours from the Ryokou Space Center by scientists and technicians of the 2nd South Urbonian Guards Regiment of the Federal Defense Force. Unmei-1 carrier rocket was launch towards the east an an inclination of 0 degrees in order to insert its payload in a geosynchronous orbit. The two strap-on, liquid-fuel boosters separated from the rocket two minutes and five seconds after launch and crashed into the sea 25 km. east of the Ryokou Space Center. The first stage and the payload fairing of the rocket separated at four minutes and ten seconds after launch and crashed into the sea 300 km. east of the Ryokou Space Center. The second stage initiated its first burn bringing the carrier rocket into a trajectory towards geosynchronous orbit. The first burn ended five minutes and sixteen seconds after launch. After coasting to apogee, the second stage was again activated for a second burn one hour, 17 minutes and 50 seconds after launch in order to insert payload DFS-2 Kuroneko into geosynchronous orbit. The carrier rocket successfully inserted DFS-2 Kuroneko artificial satellite into orbit at 12:01:12 hours, one hour, 18 minutes and 12 seconds after launch. The satellite was deployed one minute after reaching orbit. The DFS-2 Kuroneko is now orbiting the Earth at a geosynchronous orbit with an apogee of 2,874 km. and perigee of 2,869 km., an orbital period of six hours, and 19 minutes and inclination of 0 degrees at a speed of 1 kilometer per second.
The DFS-2 Kuroneko is currently stationary over latitude zero degrees, one minute and 17.04 seconds north and longitude 41 degrees, two minutes, 58 seconds west. The satellite is fitted with instruments which makes communications and research possible. It is currently transmitting the anthem of the federation "Song of Great Daikoku", readings on the current status of the satellite, and images of the Earth. The government of the Daikoku Federation has called the successful launch of DFS-2 Kuroneko as "a great scientific victory and a demonstration of the Federation's technological advancement." Greater Treisia, TREISIA (DFNS) - Negotiations on territorial disputes between the Daikoku Federation, the State of Ariana and the Republic of Kaleido are currently underway since Saturday evening.
The meeting for the negotiations on the resolution of the territorial disputes was called by the Daikoku Federation through a message sent to the governments of the State of Ariana and the Republic of Kaleido. In the negotiations, the Daikoku Federation was represented by Co-Presidents Migs Caldeo and Karlos Luis Mozo Anioay. Meanwhile, the State of Ariana was represented by their Chairperson Extraordinary and Chairperson Ordinary, and the Republic of Kaleido was represented by Foreign Affairs Minister Mark Louise Pacis. Results of the negotiations are to be published on the end of the meeting. Meanwhile, the Presidency is set to meet again with the Government, Federal Assembly, Federal Court and the Defense Commission to discuss the issue of territorial dispute in the Daikoku Federation. Greater Treisia, TREISIA (DFNS) - Territorial disputes were uncovered on Saturday evening by the Presidency of the Daikoku Federation as the Republic of Kaleido and State of Ariana illegitimately laid claims over the territories of the federation. The territorial dispute was discovered through the official state media of the State of Ariana on its article published Saturday, saying that the territorial claims of the Daikoku Federation and Republic of Kaleido are both illegitimate as it interferes with the territory of the State of Ariana. The Republic of Kaleido, meanwhile, also stated its side in the dispute saying that they have not recognized the annexation of Misaka District on August 23, 2013 and that the entire Daikoku Federation is under its jurisdiction as the Province of Pacis. The Presidency of the Daikoku Federation issued a statement on this issue saying: The territorial claims made by the Republic of Kaleido and State of Ariana on the territory of the Daikoku Federation are illegitimate, and their claims of our Federation's illegitimacy in our territory are false. An emergency meeting was convened by the Presidency of the Daikoku Federation, along with the Defense Commission of the Federal Defense Force, to discuss the territorial dispute.
The Presidency are also currently in negotiations with the government of the State of Ariana in regards to Misaka District. Central District, SEIDAIKEI (DFNS) - A decree has been issued by the Presidency of the Daikoku Federation on Saturday evening which introduced changes on establishing diplomatic relations with the Daikoku Federation.
According to the decree, a micronation intending to establish relations with the Daikoku Federation must meet the requirements of the Montevideo Convention of 1933, agree to the constitution of the Daikoku Federation and sign a treaty with the Daikoku Federation which details the conditions of the diplomatic relations. The changes to diplomatic relations are to be implemented on October 1, 2013. Central District, SEIDAIKEI (DFNS) - The 1st Party Congress of the Daikoku People's Front ended today in Seidaikei, the capital of the Daikoku Federation.
A press conference was conducted by the Daikoku People's Front on Friday evening to reveal the proceedings of the Party Congress. "The 1st Party Congress of the Daikoku People's Front was successfully held which saw the renewal of the socialist movement in the Daikoku Federation," said the spokesperson for the Daikoku People's Front. According to the spokesperson, an election for the Party's Central Committee was held and it resulted to the election of Co-President Migs Caldeo and Premier Patrick Xavier Silerio to the Central Committee. Co-President Migs Caldeo was also elected General Secretary of the Daikoku People's Front, General Secretary of the People's Party of Urbonia, Head of International Work, Head of Propaganda and Public Relations Work, Head of Ideological and Theoretical Work and Head of Local Movement Work. Premier Patrick Xavier Silerio was also elected General Secretary of the People's Party of Treisia, Head of Legislative Work and Head of Discipline Work. The agenda on the adoption of Party constitution was discussed after the election of the Central Committee. The Party Congress unanimously adopted the contents of the Party Congress. The spokesperson has noted that the full text of the Party constitution is to be published on Saturday evening. Central District, SEIDAIKEI (DFNS) - The 1st Party Congress of the Daikoku People's Front opened today and is currently under way in Seidaikei.
The Party Congress was opened by Co-President Migs Caldeo, General Secretary of the Daikoku People's Front with the playing of the anthem of the socialist movement, "The Internationale". The Party Congress is set to discuss party policies and to elect party officials. The proceedings of the Party Congress is to be revealed on Friday, September 13, on the end of the Party Congress with a press conference.
The policies of the party were continued in the NPPSA's successor party, the People's Party of Urbonia, and it was also adopted into the policies of the Daikoku People's Front, the merger of the People's Party of Urbonia and the People's Party of Treisia.
Commemorations were held across the Daikoku Federation with "The Internationale", the anthem of the socialist movement in the country, being played in Nakatani, Urbonia. In Seidaikei, the Daikoku People's Front convened its 1st Party Congress where members of the political party gathered in order to discuss the party's policies, as well as the election of party officials.
