TAKEBE, Seidaikei (DFNS) - Plan D refers to a proposal made by the Presidency of the Daikoku Federation to reduce the territorial claims of the Daikoku Federation in the aftermath of the "Occupy Daikoku" fiasco by the State of Ariana and the State of Kaleido.
The proposal reduced the area of the territories claimed by the Daikoku Federation to 32 square kilometers and had resulted in areas being cut off from the rest of the territories of the Federation, such as in the case of the capital city Kitakyo, the autonomous state of the Margraviate of Misaka, the Treisian capital of Halyden and some areas of the federal city Seidaikei. The proposal also states that the Daikoku Federation would be willing to return the territories it no longer claims to the Republic of the Philippines.
