TAKEBE, Seidaikei (DFNS) - The Federal Government of the Daikoku Federation released a report Thursday on an investigation regarding the city of Darvinopolis in the State of Ariana and had concluded that it had violated a treaty signed with the Daikoku Federation on April 6, days before the Occupy Daikoku incident.
"The claiming of a sphere of influence by the State of Ariana in the areas of the Margraviate of Misaka and Amae in the Daikoku Federation is a direct violation of the Treaty on the Resolution of the Territorial Dispute Between the Daikoku Federation and the State of Ariana," the report concluded. The Federal Government of the Daikoku Federation pointed out in its report that the actions by the State of Ariana violated Article 1 of the treaty which said: "The Daikoku Federation retains the following areas as its territory: (a) all territories of the district of Misaka west of the Marikina River, (b) and, the district of Greater Treisia." The actions also violated Article 3 of the treaty, which said: "The Daikoku Federation cedes all territories of the district of Misaka east of the Marikina River to the State of Ariana." The Federal Government of the Daikoku Federation also pointed out that during the time of the announcement of a sphere of influence around the city of Darvinopolis, the treaty was still in effect.
