TAKEBE, Seidaikei (DFNS) - Co-President Migs Caldeo of the Daikoku Federation addressed the nation on the occasion of the Day of Military Glory Friday, February 28.
He stressed in his address the importance of the Day of Military Glory in the history of the Daikoku Federation and the continuation of the task of the Daikoku people towards victory in state building. In his address, he said: "Dear citizens of our Daikoku Federation and to our servicepersonnel in the Federal Defense Force, Today, we celebrate the Day of Military Glory as an occasion glorifying the victory of our people in Operation Nadeko one year ago, as well as the unprecedented victories made by the fraternal strength of our people in the course of building our Federation. We remember one year ago the events of Operation Nadeko. At that time, the Democratic People's Republic of Urbonia was fighting for its survival as a country from those who attempted to usurp power from the people for their own illegitimate purposes. During this turbulent times in Urbonia's history, the Kingdom of Treisia extended help as Urbonia's comrades-in-arms, and through the united effort and courage of the Urbonian and Treisian peoples, the enemies were wiped out and victory was ours for the taking. We have also secured a brighter future for our land, as shown through the creation of our Daikoku Federation - a prosperous and victorious nation created through our own efforts. In our victory against our enemies one year ago, we have learned that the unity of the people is the victory of our nation. In our current struggle in the course of state building in our Federation one year later, the lessons of Operation Nadeko shall serve as a catalyst in attaining absolute victory. Today, our country is in the middle of the drive of attaining victory in the course of state building in our Federation. Let us keep the events of our victory against the enemies in Operation Nadeko as inspiration for attaining our country's goal. Let these events keep us inspired and motivated to work for our country. If Operation Nadeko was an important mission to our people one year ago, our struggle in developing our country is our important mission today. As such, we must be worthy in carrying out these vital task for the sake of our country. If our people can win victories against our enemies in Operation Nadeko, why can we not win victory for our Federation in the drive of creating a prosperous and victorious nation? Let us unite as one people under the banner of our Daikoku Federation! Let us continuously move forward, with Operation Nadeko as our inspiration, and attain a brighter future for our Daikoku Federation!"
