SEIDAIKEI - The Federal Executive Commission issued a decree on Saturday evening which announced the schedule for the constitutional convention and for the census. According to the decree, the constitutional convention to be held by the Constitutional Commission shall be held on May 25, 2013 at Halyden, the seat of government of the Principality of Treisia. Also, according to the decree, the schedule of the census shall be from May 20, 2013 up to June 11, 2013. DECREE ON THE SCHEDULE OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION ARTICLE 1. The Constitutional Commission of the Daikoku Federation shall meet for a constitutional convention on May 25, 2013 at Halyden, Principality of Treisia. ARTICLE 2. The Constitutional Convention shall last until the Constitutional Commission ratifies a new constitution for the Daikoku Federation. Signed May 18, 2013,
DECREE ON THE SCHEDULE OF CENSUS FOR THE DAIKOKU FEDERATION ARTICLE 1. A census for the citizens of the Daikoku Federation shall be conducted from May 20, 2013 until June 11, 2013. ARTICLE 2. A citizen of any constituent state of the Daikoku Federation who fails to submit the census form shall be stripped of his citizenship on June 12, 2013.
